Biography:

Kevin Pasquale joined our law firm in August 2002 after serving 12 years as the District Attorney of Churchill County, Nevada, and two year in private general practice in Fallon, Nevada. Mr. Pasquale has extensive trial experience, having prosecuted numerous major felony crimes, including murder trials, during his tenure as a District Attorney in rural Nevada. He also served as the Chief Judge for the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribal Court in 1996 and 1997. Mr. Pasquale was also an instructor in criminal law, criminal procedure and evidence for Western Nevada Community College prior to coming to the firm.

Kevin now devotes his practice exclusively to personal injury cases including automobile and trucking collisions, medical negligence, product liability and insurance bad faith.

Kevin is the former president of the Nevada District Attorneys Association and is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is a native resident of Nevada and a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno (1981) and McGeorge Pacific School of Law (1984).
